Rooibos is a part of life deeply embedded in South African lives but little known in the UK.
Obtained from the bark of the Rooibos [pronounced roybush] tree this antioxidant red substance is favoured in hot tea, without milk. It will undoubtedly catch on eventually in the UK but right now is still pretty much a secret between you and us.
It tastes great, has a heady perfume and is very good for you but has such a distinct character it is tough to put into a soft drink without overpowering all other flavours.
But we succeded
and Escapes is now a popular range in the Southern Hemisphere.
We combined the Rooibos base with;
Grapefruit and Cranberry,
Mango and Orange,
Coconut and Pineapple
